i have a cochlear implant and i love it.i went to private school and i was the only kid with a cochlear implant. now I am a sophmore a Dean College and I use a CI to cummunicate with my professors. I got my first implant at age eight. But than it stopped working so I got another at 16.I am the only one in the family who is deaf. I love my cochlear implant.
