deafteens.org

After months of working on a website design, logo work, and building content, deafteens.org is now LIVE once again. It was a thrilling moment as I sat with my wife and we launched the website to the public. This project is one of my biggest passions. At one point I thought, “I am no longer a teenager, so maybe I need to put it on the shelf.” But, as we can see, it did not stay on the shelf for too long. It was always on my mind and I knew I needed to bring it back.

During the last 6 months, I learned more about myself and gained new skills. Since I made the announcement on social media accounts I have been blown away by the support from everyone. The traffic coming to deafteens.org was more than I anticipated within the first 24 hours. It was a humbling sight.

My wife, Heather, and I are very excited about this new journey and hope we can help others along the way. Even if this website does not make a big difference to anyone, it did to me. It showed me that anything is possible.
